What is the typical turnaround time for orders placed on store? When will I receive tracking for my order? 

Orders will ship generally within 48-72 hours. Shipping times may vary based on the selected shipping method. Standard Ground shipping transit time is around 4-5 business days. If expedited shipping is selected, transit time is around 1-2 business days. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where the tracking number will be included. 

Can I return or exchange my item(s)?

Well yes, on most items! We accept returns on unworn products within 30 days of order delivery. If the product is marked final sale, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. To initiate a return request, please forward your order confirmation to merchsupport@grindr.com.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you have any changes, please forward your order confirmation to merchsupport@grindr.com with the desired changes included in the email and we will do our best to accommodate. We may need to cancel your order, and have you submit another order.
